Justin Wong is a London-based comic artist originally from Hong Kong. He began his career in 2007 as a political cartoonist and editorial illustrator for newspapers, and later became an Assistant Professor at the Academy of Visual Arts at Hong Kong Baptist University. In 2021, he was forced to leave Hong Kong and found exile in England. His work channels the deep pain and loss experienced by those who have lost their home and hope, offering consolation and a quiet strength through his art. For the Street Art Festival Frauenfeld he is part of the community project with cup of colors, painting a mural alongside the refugee camp peregrina stiftung. Like three other exiled artists joining the jam, she will also be painting a panel at the Lindenpark.
